PHP on Solaris with opcache.enable=1 and opcache.jit=1205 gets Fatal Error Insufficient shared memory! #20718

PHP 8.4 with php.ini containing:
zend_extension=opcache
and
[opcache]
opcache.enable=1
opcache.jit=1205
I get from Apache HTTP server following error:
Tue Dec 16 12:45:58 2025 (1): Fatal Error Insufficient shared memory!

I'm not able to reproduce it with PHP 8.3. But latest git PHP has the problem (see #20709).
Increase SEG_ALLOC_SIZE_MAX to 64MB to support OPcache JIT on Solaris
Improve shared_alloc_shm.c strategy to support OPcache JIT on Solaris
