Bug: When new UI widget is added, the focus is not shifted to it #1745

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Rocketadmin table.
2. From the Dashboard click the three dots (more menu) on the right upper corner to open the "UI Widgets" menu.
3. In the Ui Widgets menu, click "Add UI widget".

Result:
In case there are several widgets (more than 4-5, depending on the zoom of the page) and the last one is not visible (the page should be scrolled down for it to appear), then the last widget has been added but the focus is not moved to it.
The focus is still on the top of the page showing the first widgets.

Expected behavior:
When new widgets are added, they should appear at the bottom of the widgets list and the focus should be immediately shifted to the last added widget so that users can start setting options there.
