Building custom reporters #701
Description
Enhance documentation to include steps explaining how to build custom reporters.
There are two types of reporters to be explained.
- Output reporter - provides output to client (using output buffer)
- Base reporter - provides no output to client. Saves data into database table or sends it via http/pipe/queue etc.

Before building the documentation some additional refactoring is needed on reporters and buffer.
I have an idea that can simplify reporter building reporters significantly.
It will also dramatically reduce amount of daya that we keep in memmory and improve overall performance of reporters.
