HTTP header and chunked-body DoS; open redirect in RedirectHandler.
langgraph
1.2.11 -> 1.2.14
1
SDK v3 streaming identifiers can redirect authenticated requests.
No code execution: none of the 17 allows it. Only two aren't DoS, the tornado redirect and the langgraph one. The langgraph one has limited confidentiality impact and requires login.
pypdf: you need a malicious PDF and someone has to open it. In a desktop distribution that's the most realistic trigger, but it only hangs that process.
pyasn1 and joserfc: these only matter if a service decodes untrusted input. pyasn1 usually comes in as a dependency.
tornado: this mainly affects public servers. Jupyter on localhost isn't exposed in the usual setup.

Nothing is critical. 12 of the 17 advisories are High, and all 12 are denial of service.
All 17 are gone at the target versions (checked on osv.dev).
