Release 2026-05 follow-up #2121

wanted:

• security release: SECURITY is now setting the clock of any Distro:
  • python 3.15.3, 3.14.11
  • wppm --audit checks if any alert is posted on https://osv.dev/ ... (supposely the important ones, even if most are not)
  • ensure to stay below 650 Mo = 665 600 Ko = 681 574 400 octets (virustotal limit)
• WinPython-3.15 slim with Jupyterlab (depends of pyyaml)
• Winpython-3.15 slimf bigger than Winpython-3.14 slimf (to drop WinPython-3.14slimf)
• automating more with AI:
  • the handling of security alert on packages, and of published distros
  • a minimal post-release security fix to previous versions ? at least signal alerts on the published tags ?
  • stop building in local may reduce build time by 50%

remark:

• in 3.16, JIT development is displaced out of cpython main branch, till better times
• intent is to drop 3.14t as soon as 3.15t arrives at same level of package support, with abi3t bonus
