JSON consumers can identify the comparison and open its related full-scan reports without parsing URLs or display text.
Adds nullable
diff_scan_id,old_scan_id,new_scan_id,old_scan_url, andnew_scan_url; existing fields keep their current meaning. Missing references remain null.Builds on #399. Validation: 32 focused tests and scoped Ruff pass. No package is published by this change.
