Welcome to my Data Structures in Java repository!
This repository contains simple Java programs that help me learn and practise Data Structures and Algorithms as a BSc IT undergraduate.
- Arrays β Insertion, deletion, and traversal
- Searching β Linear Search and Binary Search
- Linked Lists β Basic linked list operations
- Stacks β Stack using arrays and linked lists
- Queues β Queue and Circular Queue
- Trees β Binary Tree and Binary Search Tree
- Tree Traversal β Preorder, Inorder, and Postorder
- Java
- JDK (Java Development Kit)
- Visual Studio Code
- Git and GitHub
1. Clone this repository
git clone https://github.com/farisjm/Data-Structure.git2. Open the project folder
cd Data-Structure3. Compile a Java program
javac TreeTraversal.java4. Run the program
java TreeTraversalReplace TreeTraversal with the appropriate class name for the program you want to run.
Note: Run individual programs separately. Some files may contain classes with the same name, so compiling all files together may cause errors.
- Understand fundamental data structures.
- Practise searching algorithms.
- Learn tree traversal techniques.
- Improve Java coding and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare for university practical assessments.
