Spoofchecker::isSuspicious $errorCode always null

The following code:

$sc = new SpoofChecker();
var_dump($sc->isSuspicious('à̀', $error), $error);

Resulted in this output:

bool(true)
NULL

But I expected this output instead:

bool(true)
int(32)

all
