On this builder it has failed in 184 of 377 builds since the test was added in #157817, though it usually passes on the re-run. It also fails on 18 other 3.x builders.
The test starts sampling too early. RemoteUnwinder is created right after the child is spawned and succeeds, while the child is still in interpreter startup. If the child is slow to start, all 10,000 samples are taken before it reaches leaf().
