Fixes #1634

Document() currently writes compatibilityMode=14 (Word 2010). New files then open in Compatibility Mode in current Word.

This updates both places the issue named:

  • src/docx/templates/default.docx (word/settings.xml)
  • src/docx/templates/default-settings.xml

and keeps the unpacked default-docx-template copy in sync. Existing documents opened with Document(path) are unchanged.

Tests cover the default package and the settings-part fallback.

New Document() files currently set compatibilityMode to 14 (Word 2010),
so they open in Compatibility Mode in current Word. Switch the bundled
template and the settings fallback to 15, matching Word 2013 and later.

Default template creates documents in Word 2010 compatibility mode ( compatibilityMode=14 ). Propose updating to 15.
